Payment
- You have to pay for your product in full to receive your digital product electronically. Add your order to the cart, by clicking the Add to Cart button on the digital publication you want, and process your order through the checkout. You will be sent an email with a link to download your digital publication.
- Payment is accepted via Paypal (you can use a credit card with Paypal, even if you do not have a Paypal account) through our online shop
- Paypal account and credit card information is not stored by Growing Home on our website or servers
- Please refer to Paypal’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy or other Legal Agreements
Refunds
- No refund for ‘change of mind’
- If you have accidentally ordered multiple copies of the same digital product(s), please contact me to arrange a refund on the purchase price of the excess digital products, minus a transaction fee, if applicable

Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. You will not receive a printed or physical product. After the payment is processed, you will be sent an email with a link to download your digital publication.
Digital goods are downloaded by the user to their own electronic device, such as computer or mobile device. Please be aware there may be risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods.
Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our digital products, please contact us on bec@growinghome.com.au so we may try to assist you.
Technical Difficulties
If you believe there is a technical issue with your order, payment or delivery of your product that Growing Home is responsible for, please contact bec @growinghome.com.au with details about the issues, or transaction.
Please note, if you have not received an email from us that you were expecting, you may try searching for missing emails in your Other/ Junk folder in your email account.
We cannot be responsible for issues with your Paypal account, email account, storage, electronic device failure or technical issues from the user end. It is the responsibility of the user to contact their own financial and technical providers in these circumstances.
Free Products
Whether you pay for a product, or have received it as part of a give away or free gift from Growing Home, the same terms and conditions apply. If you received a product without providing any payment (i.e. as part of a give away or free gift), there is no refund, exchange or store credit for these products.
