Description
Bone broth is the foundation of many of our healthy, family-friendly meals, including risotto, soup and slow cooker dinners. Whenever a recipe calls for ‘stock’ I use bone broth, and it can also be used in place of water or dairy in many recipes.
Making your own bone broth is also a great way to reduce waste by using up vegetable ends and peelings, and leftover bones, as well as saving money. It doesn’t have to be a hard or time consuming process… let me show you how I do it!
This digital publication is a ‘mini guide’ that covers the basics of making, freezing and cooking with home made bone broth. This 22 page eGuide will get you started!
The Bone Broth Guide also includes recipes for:
- Classic Bone Broth
- Asian-style Chicken Broth
- Cheesy Polenta
- Bone Broth Gravy
And how to enjoy a cup of bone broth! (It isn’t as weird as it sounds).
You will receive an email with a link to download this eGuide in a PDF format. This allows you to refer to it at any time that suits you.
